If you don’t agree, please don’t play the game.
Ferrous is in Early Access and is provided “as is.” Features may change, break, or be removed at any time.
Save files may be reset, content may be rebalanced, and bugs may occur.
Buying or playing Ferrous means you understand this and accept that the game is incomplete.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download and play Ferrous.
You own your copy of the game, but not the underlying code, art, or content.
You may not copy, sell, or distribute Ferrous except as permitted by law.
You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized third-party tools.
Harass or abuse other players.
Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the game.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if these rules are broken.
We support modding and customization, but:
Mods must be non-commercial unless we give express written permission.
Mods can’t contain illegal, malicious, or infringing content.
We may restrict or remove mods at our discretion.
Purchases made through Steam are subject to Steam’s refund and payment policies.
We don’t offer refunds outside of Steam.
Ferrous is provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind.
We aren’t liable for damages, losses, or issues caused by using the game, except where prohibited by law.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If you continue to use Ferrous after changes are posted, you agree to the new Terms.
